Healthy Back Class

Free your back and relieve the pain.
If you have back pain there is more to your future than learning to live with it. This class will help you relax, strengthen and realign your back. Although the class focuses on the back, people with neck pain will find the exercises beneficial as well. Back classes are gentle and allow time for each student to adjust the exercises to make them comfortable. Sun salutations and most forward bends are not included in this class.

 

There are many kinds of back pain. While some can be helped by general yoga classes,others can be made worse by them.

 

Appropriately tailored yoga practice helps most kinds of back pain and provides an effective therapy.
