About Hatha
Yoga originated thousands of years ago in India. There are many styles of yoga so it can be practiced and enjoyed by anyone.
Hatha yoga hands down to modern culture the art of healing the physical body through the use of a sophisticated array of postures, movement and breathing techniques. The exercises take each joint in the body through its full range of motion, strengthening, stretching, and balancing each part. When practised regularly, the yoga poses and breathing techniques promote physical and mental health.
